Collaborators of the #CeibasCommunity lived a great experience in Ágiles LATAM!

Lima was the city that received the participants from Latin America in Ágiles LATAM, a space dedicated to share experiences, teach, learn and discover, around agility; generating unparalleled growth experiences.

There were 3 days with a unique format in Latin America for events of this magnitude, where attendees were active in the generation of content that was exposed during the event.

Each day began with inspiring keynotes, followed by talks based on proposals submitted by Call for Papers, which were selected by a grand jury. There was also a “Marketplace – proposed format for the unconference”, where participants presented topics and talk proposals for attendees to vote on and choose from. These activities were organized in rooms with set times so that attendees could plan their participation.
