Relive our two talks in English where we explore topics in the world of technology and psychology!

In our first talk, we stick on microservices architecture. Orchestration or choreography, sagas or process managers, REST, RPC or events: these are just some of the questions we asked ourselves while exploring the world of microservices. Where complexity increases exponentially with each new service, communication between them becomes a critical challenge. Should we follow REST architecture guidelines? Or maybe events are the key to solve our problems? In this talk, we address these dilemmas about whether we are improvising as we move forward on this technology journey.

In our second talk, we change course to delve into the important concept of psychological safety. What does it really mean to have psychological safety in our work and social environments? How can we create safe spaces where everyone feels free to express their ideas and contribute to creativity, innovation and growth? These are the questions we explore in depth. We discover the stages of psychological safety and share practices that can help us build environments where emotional safety is a reality for everyone.
